Minimally Invasive Calf Plasty MICP
The technique uses RF (Radio Frequency) through a small cannula to suspend the nerves at specific points (Nerve Ablation) in order for the muscle to reduce in size (Muscle Coagulation), accurately and safely without needing external stimulation.
Directions
To start off, the Doctor will analyze and evaluate the muscles and inject local anesthesia (Lidocaine). A small cannula will then be inserted behind the knee, just under the folded leg joint. This method is considered to be very safe and effective, lasting a long time. The total time will only take around 30 - 60 minutes. The muscle that has been suspended will not affect daily routines and normal functionalities.

The technique derived from South Korea called MICP or Minimally Invasive Calf Plasty helps to suspend the nerve in order to reduce the size of the muscle, resulting in a more slim and tight calves.
The Calves consist of three parts, the bones, the muscles, and the fat layer. In most cases, the Calves are primarily made up of muscle rather than fat. As a result, fat reduction in this area may not yield the best result since it will reduce the size of the calves as much as only the thin fat layer. Reducing the size of the muscle will result in more satisfaction.

Post Liposuction Care Instructions
“Extra care as instructed by the Doctors is recommended 1 month after Liposuction in order to promote quick wound healing through clean and sterile wound dress up. This will also help to promote less swelling, less pain and also help getting in shape quicker.
1) Take Antiseptics, Anti-inflammatory, PainKillers and Anti-Swelling medicines and instructed by the Doctors.
2) Dress up the wound regularly with Antiseptics, covering the wound with gauze everyday, once a day until the wound is dry.
3) Refrain from getting the wound wet 24 hours after Liposuction at all cost as it may cause infection. If excessive sweat is present causing the wound to be damp, replace gauze immediately.
4) To compensate for the water loss during Liposuction, it is recommended to drink 1 -2 Liters of water daily. If you feel a lack of energy, you can supplement with Electrolytes but be careful as too much can cause swelling.
5) Refrain from supplementing with Aspirin, Warfarin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil and Ginko and others similarly as it could hinder blood clot for 2 weeks after Liposuction.
6) Wear Compression Clothing 18 - 20 Hours per day, releasing the hook every 30 Minutes - 1 Hour to prevent the wound from being compressed continuously for too long.
7) Move around regularly every 1 - 2 Hour to stimulate blood circulation and to prevent the wound from being too tight.
